Locations: Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Steubenville, Wheeling, Pittsburgh and Knoxville
Auto Glass Discounters is looking for experienced auto glass installation and repair technicians.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to various locations within our service area to assess as well and repair or replace customers’ windshield and windows
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Manage work orders and customer documentation
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as an auto glass technician
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented

Customer Service Rep

- Provide auto glass quotes for inbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Document work orders
- Communicate with technicians on open work orders

- General computer navigation experience
